Location: Tysons Corner, VA

Clearance: US Citizen

Integral Federal, Inc. is looking for a Systems Administrator to join our corporate team. Reporting to the Director of Network Operations, this role will interface with users both remotely and in-person.

This role is on-site in the Tysons Corner office Monday-Thursday each week. Occasional work on the weekends may be required.

· Assist in administering and maintaining Windows servers, Windows Workstations, Virtual Machines, and other critical systems in an enterprise environment

· Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues by conducting basic and tier II troubleshooting for servers, workstations, and applications within the Active Directory environment providing first call resolution to incident reports and requests for service.

· Open an incident response ticket for all incidents and open a service ticket for all service requests. Monitor all tickets from creation to resolution to closure

· Assist and support with account creations, resetting passwords, troubleshooting system and network problems, installation of hardware and workstations, unlocking accounts, and transferring data

· Providing user support, guidance, troubleshooting, and training

· Recommending and implementing upgrades, patches, new applications, and new equipment

· Update/Create documentation as needed (user guides, admin guides, knowledge base articles, FAQs, quick reference guides)

· Other duties as required

Required:

· 2-4 years of systems administration experience; Bachelors degree preferred.

· Proficiency in Windows (and MAC) operating systems, including installing and maintaining both physical hardware and cloud applications.

· Proficient with Active Directory, VPN, and Microsoft Azure.

· Knowledge of backup, restore and recovery procedures.

· Ability to use a ticketing system to create, update, monitor, and close tickets

· Demonstrated experience of image creation and security patch deployment and software packaging.

· Excellent communication and time management skills.

· Ability to work independently and multi-task / manage multiple efforts (or systems) simultaneously
