Overview

The Quality Analyst will provide network maintenance, performance optimization, compliance reporting, incident response/recovery, network monitoring, security surveillance, traffic analysis and health and status reporting support services for the Armament Center DREN Network at Picatinny Arsenal and common user communication computer systems.   

Responsibilities

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest service standards 
  • Regularly assess and improve service delivery based on user feedback and technological advancements 
  • Provide a helpdesk for user inquiries and technical issues 
  • Resolve connectivity, access, and usage problems 
  • Collect user feedback to improve network services 
  • Address user concerns and suggestions in a timely manner 
  • Maintenance includes license management, complete administration to include patches and updates to systems, and scheduling installations accordingly.  
  • Interact effectively with a diverse user population to include administrative personnel, scientists and engineers. 

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or other technically relevant degree with 4 years experience OR 
  • Associates Degree with 6 years experience working  
  • 4/6 years’ experience in:  developing and implementing quality programs such as verification and validation, configuration management, ISO certification, total quality management, quality assurance (QA), QC, and continuous improvement;   
  • 4/6 years’ experience in:  coordinating with the program and/or project manager to ensure problem solution and user satisfaction; performing analysis of business processes and tracking data to ensure compliance to contractual requirements; developing reports to recommend changes to improve processes and trend analysis of program issues  
  • Minimum of Secret (S) clearance
