Program Director

The Program Director is Responsible and accountable for overall program execution and cohesive team management through oversight and mentorship of individual subcontractors and leads for ODNI Mission-Ready IT Operations and Cyber Modernization, AWS, Azure GCC-High, and on-premise systems. Serves as a point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), the Government Program Manager, and Integral Federal’s senior management.

• · Provides management, schedule, direction, administration and quality assurance for an integrated and responsive operations and engineering team.
• · Provides leadership and guidance for ongoing technical efforts and program performance.
• · Oversees target, goals, cost management/avoidance, schedule estimation and tracking, contract performance management, risk management, requirements analysis, and quality assurance activities.
• · Ensures proper performance of tasks necessary to ensure the most efficient and effective execution of the contract.
• · Will utilize communication skills to direct skilled technical/programmatic resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review programmatic documents.
• · Will ensure the timely recruitment and training of program staff.

Required:

• · A Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• · At least 10 years of demonstrated experience managing software intensive technology projects within complex IT environments.
• o Demonstrated knowledge and experience applying the Software Development Life Cycle processes and successful delivery of high-quality software applications
• o Experience leading development and maintenance of software applications employing Microsoft technologies including AWS, Azure, DevSecOps, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ITL 4, and ServiceNow
• o Experience leading large, enterprise web-based software applications with complex data federation demonstrated by leading software teams of over 25 staff members
• · At least 5 years’ experience as a Program Manager for an information technology effort.
• o Experience advancing information technology used for intelligence purposes
• o Experience responding to and expeditiously resolving system availability disruptions and maintaining continuity of operations using ITIL processes
• · At least 2 years’ experience with cloud computing, systems administration, network engineering, or data warehousing using third party hosting providers
• o Experience working with cloud service providers, both Government and/or commercial
• · Experience with the application of Business Intelligence (BI), integration of both structured and unstructured data in support of operational processes, and management of a diverse workforce to solve complex information management challenges
• · Top Secret Clearance with a Counter-intelligence Polygraph

Preferred:

• · A master’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university in business administration, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field
• · Certifications in AWS, Microsoft, ITIL v4, and/or ServiceNow
• · Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
