Senior Process Improvement Specialist

The Senior Process Improvement Specialist supports process improvement efforts aim to enhance efficiency, compliance, and knowledge within Army processes related to FMS and security assistance programs.

• Training & Compliance: Conduct training sessions and workshops to address deficiencies and improve compliance with Army and DoD guidelines, including ITAR, MTCR, and export control processes.
• Assessment & Recommendations: Review current training initiatives and processes to evaluate effectiveness and propose enhancements for better implementation and compliance.
• Instructional Systems Development: Maintain and update computer-based and platform training programs tailored to Army personnel involved in FMS, security assistance, and export controls.
• Army Export Control Systems (A/ECS): Provide training on electronic staffing processes to streamline export license reviews and coordination.
• Policy Development: Support the creation of training policies and procedures to improve the Army FMS and Security Assistance programs.
• Certification Tracking: Ensure personnel meet certification requirements within appropriate timelines and assisting with application reviews.

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years experience
• Requires Secret clearance
