Overview

The Associate Professional III supports requirements analysis requirements originating from a variety of sources, Army training documents, operational commanders, stakeholder interviews, and intelligence community assessments. Leverages analysis to support threat analyses, analyses of alternatives, and the definition of requirement satisfaction and evaluation methodologies for the Army Futures Command (AFC) All-Domain Sensing (ADS) Cross-Functional Team (CFT).

Responsibilities

  • · Identify, shape and exploit advanced technologies for data processing and dissemination at the pace and scale required to execute Army Large-Scale Combat Operations and Multi-Domain Operations and enable Joint and Allied operations.
  • · Identify and analyze Operational Enablers in coordination with Capability Development and Integration Directorates and Army Capability Managers, shaping doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leadership and education, personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF-P) to support and sustain Army fires and maneuver in denied and degraded environments.
  • · Prepare and update Technical Project Plans (TPPs) to include but not limited to a Project overview, cost estimate, Master Project schedule, and risks and mitigations.
  • · Analyze, plan and execute exercises; synchronizing functions, timelines, and schedules across a wide variety of Army and DoD stakeholders (e.g., Army Centers of Excellence, Army exercise and training event coordinators, DoD and National Labs, and foreign military), civilian agencies, academia, and industry to understand their requirements, identify potential solutions to capability gaps, and facilitate the development of capability- based solutions.
  • · Document the results of these events, along with relevant test plans, in Test/Inspection Report. Participate in reviews, meetings, test and evaluation events, demonstrations, evaluations, exercises, operational assessments, and other activities where necessary and provide technical, programmatic, and experiential guidance and recommendations. Document the results of these analyses, along with relevant supporting information.

Qualifications

Required:

 

  • · Bachelor’s Degree with 10 years’ experience or more years in the field.
  • · Experience in Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership, Education, Personnel, Facilities and Processes for a variety functions including, Army Space Operations, Intelligence, Fires and Logistics.
  • · Requires eligibility for TS//SCI clearance.
