Recruiter

Integral Federal, Inc. is looking for a recruiter to join its Human Resources team in the McLean, VA headquarters location. This role will report to the Vice President of Human Resources and will be focused on recruiting and onboarding. 

The recruiter may need to travel to various client sites for onboarding activities upon the award of new contracts.

-Participate in the recruitment process from start to finish, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
-Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and networking to identify and attract qualified candidates.
-Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop job descriptions, and provide updates on the recruitment process.
-Evaluate candidate qualifications, conduct phone screens, and assess their suitability for the role.
-Extend offers and negotiate compensation.

-Assist in new employee onboarding when needed, to include scheduling and conducting orientation, answering ADP onboarding questions, and coordinating with IT for asset distribution. 
-Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding processes. 

Required:

-A minimum of two years of recruiting experience in a government contracting environment

-Strong interpersonal communication skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

-Willingness to travel 10% of the time if needed

Preferred:

-Proficient with iCIMS
