Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced candidate with a strong Agile background to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of business analysis expertise and Scrum Master proficiency to support the successful delivery of enterprise-level solutions. This role will focus on aligning business objectives with scalable, data-driven solutions across multi-platform environments, while driving agile maturity and fostering cross-functional collaboration using frameworks such as SAFe.

Responsibilities

· Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, refine, and document business and functional requirements.

· Translate business needs into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

· Coordinate across teams to support enterprise data initiatives and ensure seamless integration of requirements into Agile development lifecycles.

· Champion agile best practices and contribute to the organization’s agile transformation efforts, including SAFe implementation and maturity assessments.

· Identify process inefficiencies and lead optimization efforts to improve solution delivery and business value.

· Ensure traceability and alignment of solutions with business goals, compliance needs, and stakeholder expectations.

· Collaborate with developers, testers, and DevOps teams to validate technical feasibility and drive high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

 

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

· 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments, including experience with SAFe.

· Experience working in government, healthcare, or regulated environments.

· Proven track record of supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide agile initiatives with a focus on data-driven solutions.

· Experience managing complex requirements across multiple operational platforms and stakeholder groups.

· Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.

· Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.

 

Preferred:

 

· Certified SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar Agile certification preferred.

· Familiarity with data governance, data management platforms, and analytics workflows.

· Ability to balance technical knowledge with strategic business acumen.
