The Application Development Senior Lead supports the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the DLIFLC Academic Network which provides the IT environment for 100% of the DLIFLC teaching and instructing for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level.
· Serve as the lead of the DevOps Application Development/Sustainment Center of Operations, which includes the responsibilities of ensuring overall leadership of all Application Development/Sustainment within DLIFLC.
· Ensure timely delivery and best DevOps practices, Agile Methodology, SDLC, and Release Management.
· The duties include planning, installation, maintenance during or after-work hours, troubleshooting, and managing all AppDev servers and applications.
· Web Content and MDC Operations and Maintenance: Perform daily operations and maintenance of the web and portals and subordinate pages and associated data1.
· SharePoint User Instruction: Develop SharePoint instructional products based on the DLIFLC Portal operational environment and capabilities.
· Experience leading teams.
Required:
· BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience.
· Require any one of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
· Specialized experience requirements include 7 years of progressive experience serving as a .NET Application Developer.
· Experience leading teams.
· Experience with DevOps Methodologies, GitLab, and Agile Methodologies.
· Relevant Experience with Amazon, Microsoft, and Google cloud services.
· Required Skills include .NET, JAVA, SQL, MySQL, VDX, IIS, HTML5, Linux, Tomcat, Apache, SharePoint, .NET, SQL, HTML5, SQL, MySQL, iOS Development/Sustainment, PHP, WordPress.
· Extensive experience in both application development/sustainment as well as operational support for large, highly scalable applications.
· Secret Clearance
Salary Range: $120,000 - $155,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
