Overview

The Learning Management Systems (LMS) Administrator acts as administrators for all web-based and mobile applications utilized to deliver curricula, conduct assessments, and track the progress of DLIFLC students for the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network Labor Contract to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the DLIFLC Academic Network which provides the IT environment for 100% of the DLIFLC teaching and instructing for all students, staff, faculty, and guests in a learning environment at the unclassified level.

Responsibilities

  • · Tasked with the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and support of the organization's Learning Management System (LMS) platform.
  • · This includes ensuring the platform's smooth functionality by configuring settings, managing user access, uploading course content, troubleshooting technical issues, generating reports on learner progress, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the learning experience within the system.
  • · Understanding of instructional design principles and e-learning development
  • · Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • · Data analysis skills to interpret learning reports and metrics
  • · Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with users at all levels
  • · Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Required:

 

  • · BA/BS from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 5+ years experience, or substitute with AA/AS with 7+ years experience, with any one of the following IAT Level II (CySA+, Security+, CND, or SSCP) Certification and CE/OS Certification.
  • · Strong technical proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard);
  • · Relevant experience includes Sakai, Kaltura, Blackboard, Moodle, Angel, Webex, DCO, Connect, iOS, Confluence, SharePoint, and Canvas.
  • · Secret Clearance

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000

The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
