Project Manager/Scrum Master

The SCRUM Master Project Manager provides break-fix and DevSecOps support of PEO Enterprise – Integrated Personnel and Pay System (IPPS-A) using established processes, AIE Salesforce IL 4 Platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure, MuleSoft Interface Utility, and Azure DevOps (ADO) Agile Tool.

· Facilitate Scrum Meetings: Coordinates and facilitates Scrum meetings, such as Sprint planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives, and provides sufficient records.

· Defines Team Performance Metrics: Works with PMO and the team to define and deliver relevant metrics that are formulated and utilized for meeting project objectives.

· Delivers Team Performance Metrics: Works with PMO and the team to deliver relevant metrics that are formulated and utilized for meeting project objectives.

· Plans and coordinates Team Training on the Scrum processes.

· Utilize AIE Salesforce platform with ADO to manage bi-weekly releases to Enlisted Mission Environment and Production

· Provide operations support including incident management, change management, and system monitoring

· Tracks all work in AIE Agile tool

· Remove impediments

· Develops all related technical documentation such as release notes, Interface Control Documents, how to guides, etc.

· Understands the constraints to deploy software functionality within the Army environment to include cybersecurity and testing requirements

Required:

· BA/BS degree in an Information Technology or Computer Science discipline. Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.

· Certified Scrum Master with 5 Years’ experience

· Experience leading agile development ceremonies

· Experience developing and updating technical documentation.

· Experience using AIE Salesforce IL 4 Platform, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Infrastructure, MuleSoft Interface Utility, and Azure DevOps (ADO) Agile Tool.

· Demonstrated CI/CD Tools experience using Salesforce, Invicti, Checkmax, Trellix

· Secret Clearance
