Operations Support Specialist, Senior (TS/SCI)

The Operations Support Specialist, Sr (TS/SCI) provides essential program and administrative support for the Program Manager of Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PM PNT), ensuring efficient operations and effective communication across functional areas.

· Independently manage complex program support functions, including overseeing the TMT, coordinating high-level meetings and events, and leading the development and implementation of policies, plans, and procedures.

· Proactively identify and analyze potential risks, recommending and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

· Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing expert advice and support to leadership and program managers.

· Responsible for comprehensive project/program tracking, including cost, schedule, and performance analysis, and for preparing detailed briefings and reports for senior leadership.

Required:

· Bachelor's Degree with seven (7) years of related experience. OR

· Four (4) years of related experience may be substituted for the degree with seven (7) years of related experience.

· TS/SCI Clearance
