Senior IT Service Desk Agent - Image Management & Azure Virtual Desktop Clearance: Active TS/SCI Eligible Clearance Required Location: Vienna, VA     We are actively seeking a dedicated Senior IT Service Desk Agent with a specialization in image management and proven expertise in troubleshooting Azure Virtual Desktop environments. This role is essential in supporting and enhancing our IT services within a high-security government context, necessitating all candidates to be U.S. citizens with an active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.    This role is required to provide exceptional Tier 1-Tier 3 support, managing complex customer issues with a focus on imaging solutions, and addressing Azure Virtual Desktop challenges within our secure IT infrastructure.

SRR Rotary Wing Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Location: Elizabeth City, NC Clearance: Active Secret   Provide the USCG Air Logistics Center Short Range Recovery (SRR) Division with engineering analysis, develop/recommend and document structural repair/modifications, assess aircraft fleet conditions, and provide technical data packages for the support of PDM, Technical Services, Production Support, drop-in maintenance and the SRR Conversion Sustainment Program. Manage major structural improvements program and the ASIP.

SRR Aerospace Engineer Location: Elizabeth City, NC Clearance: Active Secret   Provide the USCG Air Logistics Center Short Range Recovery (SRR) Division with advise on key SRR program tenants of cost, performance and schedule during acquisition upgrades.

SRR Mechanical Engineer Location: Elizabeth City, NC Clearance: Active Secret   Provide the USCG Air Logistics Center Short Range Recovery (SRR) Division with engineering analysis/research and design, prototype model development, integration and testing to support SRR aircraft improvement programs and related sustainment.

SRR Maintenance Analyst II Location: Elizabeth City, NC Clearance: Active Secret   Provide the USCG Air Logistics Center Short Range Recovery (SRR) Division with engineering technical support for the SRR/MRR/MRS/LRS airframe /components and will analyze and monitor fleet issues to provide the Government with the necessary data to make business decisions. The Maintenance Analyst II will also assist the Engineering Officer, Maintenance Officer and other Government employees in support of engineering, maintenance and logistical issues.

SRR Structural Analyst Location: Elizabeth City, NC Clearance: Active Secret   Provide the USCG Air Logistics Center Short Range Recovery (SRR) Division with research and analysis in support of SRR aircraft modification and sustainment programs to include but not limited to: engineering change proposals, new product design/development, ergonomics / aircraft layout, component fabrication, prototyping, technical data package and service request development, technical orders, aircraft configuration change packages, supply inventory management, maintenance procedures development, graphics/drawing updates, parts lists, and SRR technical briefing packages.

SRR Avionics/Electrical Systems Engineering Analyst Location: Elizabeth City, NC Clearance: Active Secret   Provide the USCG Air Logistics Center Short Range Recovery (SRR) Division with research and analysis for SRR aircraft modification and sustainment programs to include but not limited to: component compatibility/reliability/interoperability, ergonomics/aircraft layout, data transfer, voice communications, software/hardware, wiring drawing/illustration review and approval, equipment selection, acquisition and obsolescence, diminishing manufacturing sources, laser safety, TEMPEST, electromagnetic environmental effects, electrical loading, flight safety, communication security, system development/prototyping and integration, research, testing and analysis, navigation, airworthiness, certification, production, technical documentation, implementation and field support.

SRR Avionics/Electrical Integration Analyst Location: Elizabeth City, NC Clearance: Active Secret   Provide the USCG Air Logistics Center Short Range Recovery (SRR) Division with avionics and electrical system integration and testing for SRR modification and sustainment programs to include but not limited to: CAAS, AC and DC generation/distribution, sensors, pitot static, auto flight/flight director, navigation/communications, engine control, and engine indicating systems.
